When does my order ship?
All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. If the order is processed before 12:00 pm PST, all cleared orders* will be shipped out the same day. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).
*A cleared order is defined as an order that is available, confirmed payment receipt, without questions, for shipping. If you pay by Paypal’s eCheck, your order will ship when Paypal’s notifies us of payment clearance.
What are the shipping methods?
ArtisanDecoStore.com ships via FedEx/UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Overnight and USPS (if the package weighs less than 2 lb). ArtisanDecoStore.com reserves the right to use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and/or other shipping methods at our discretion.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the options you choose, the size and weight of your item(s), and the location of the order destination. To estimate shipping costs, place all the desired item(s) in your cart and then proceed to checkout. Once you are on the Shipping and Billing page, under Shipping Options, you can select the desired shipping option and the associated estimated cost.
How long does shipping take?
ArtisanDecoStore.com processes and ships out packages Monday-Friday; we are not open to process or deliver any packages during the weekend. USPS/UPS/FedEx packages are delivered Monday-Friday.
Please note: Do not consider the day an order is placed as day one. Begin counting from the next business day to get an accurate expectation of delivery time.
ArtisanDecoStore.com is not responsible for shipment delays that might occur. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead when placing the orders online.
What happens if my package is lost or damage?
If you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately at (714) 351-1026 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is only a three day grace period once the item has been received. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 5-8 business days for processing. Orders shipped via USPS / FedEx will require 3-5 business days to process. You have a choice to either receive a refund or a replacement for the package. Lost packages will require 8-10 business days for processing.
What happens if my shipment is missing items?
If the package appears to have been tampered with or is simply missing items, please contact us at (714) 351-1026 or email us at email@example.com.
How do I track my package?
A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. After receiving the tracking number, visit the associated shipping company to track your package.
You can also track your FedEx packages by going to FedEx.com or by contacting FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-GO-FEDEX).
You can also track your UPS packages by going to UPS.com or by contacting UPS at 1-800-742-5877 (1-800 PICK UPS).
Unfortunately for orders shipped via USPS First class (with the exception of USPS Priority Mail), there are no tracking numbers provided.
Can I modify my order during shipment?
Once an order has been packaged and processed, we cannot modify any orders. We also cannot re-route or modify any packages once the order has been shipped out.
If you no longer want your order, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Simply tell the shipping carrier to return to sender and it will be shipped back to our warehouse. For further details on refunds, please visit our Return Policy page.
Does ArtisanDecoStore.com offer will call?
Unfortunately we do not offer will call at this time. All online orders must be shipped out using any one of the shipping methods offered.
